It's good that Amtrak have paid attention to the situation that photographers can find themselves in and drawn a line in the sand. More companies should do this.

This is a step back towards sanity. As a railfan myself, I've been concerned by the classification of all photography as "target acquisition."
The clarification that the railway police cannot "delete, destroy or order the destruction..." is very good to hear.
