That's a nice slow speed dial. Too bad it's not hooked to anything. Oh well, probably as good a use for a Zorki C as any. I have to admit it actually looks better than the "civilian" model.

I actually know a photographer who has all his gear professionally painted pink, with a darker shade of pink leather ..... we are talking about a Hasselblad, 2 Leica M's and a leica R8, the paintwork itself is very nicely done, was a costly job as well, but the overall looks are awfull... why'd he do it ? ... gives him an edge a taking the pics over other photographers so he says, plus it won't be stole all that fast, and he'se probably the only photog in the world with pink equipement .....

and it looks like they just painted the leather and metal at the same time, did not even give it a thick enough coat to actually cover it.... :bang: [since we don't have a HURL smilie]

The owner claims this was once a Leica III copy, its got the worst paint job I've ever seen 😀
