it's called the conatct sheet...Think Tank Photo’s new outdoor photography camera bag company, MindShift Gear, has released the Contact Sheet. While simple in design, when we started the company and asked outdoor photographers what their #1 need was, they said it was for a way to spread their gear out on the ground without it being exposed to the elements.

It's not ThinkTank.

I might be being a little slow here, isn't this just a ripstop nylon sheet and some hair tyes?

not trying to be snarky, I was just expecting some more protection for gear from the description

Dolts. Think Tank is a bag company. Why would they create a secondary startup just for "outdoor" bags, all bags are for using outdoors. It's a waste of marketing money. The ThinkTank brand has finally caught on and now they want to start over again.

Went to the website. They seem to feature backpacks for folks who carry a ton of equipment. Tarp is nice, though.

it looks like a ground sheet that packs up into a small pouch.
most tarps are more bulky...

Ok, I think my expectations were skewed by the description, I think I expected it to have some kind of pockets or compartments in a similar way to car boot organizers because of the emphasis on protection.

I'm sure it fills a niche, I just couldn't get what it was earlier.
