The GF670 has an automatic lens shutter, and an SPD sensor with both automatic and manual autofocus.

Is this just a typo or what? No way that lens could be autofocus? Maybe they mean auto aperture.

That could be a typo. Nothing about that lens suggests AF. I don't know how even AE would work on a folder given that the lens is where the shutter "is housed" no?

Interesting looking camera - I note the option for 6x6 as well as 6x7 is available - that's cool 🙂

How credible is BJP though? That's what I'm curious about 😀

Dave, AE is quite believable, as the lens-shutter can be electronically timed and recocked as with the Bronica RF645. Might even feature the same little post-exposure buzz-wheeze... 🙂 I agree "autofocus" must be a typo for "exposure".

Ya Doug you're correct but I was just wondering how those electronics would work given that the lens collapses into the body - I don't recall but the Bronica RF645 wasn't a collapsible was it?

Nope, not a folder like this one, but both have the shutter speed dial on top of the body (with an A setting), not on the lens... 🙂
