Thank you Terance for your comments about the book. Have you met Peter yet? He is in Singapore and recently posted a thread about meeting other RFF members there.

As a self published book it really isn't marketed other than by us and word of mouth. Lulu is an on demand printer, they simply print the book and make it available for sale on their site. We have sold 138 copies to date which list us as the 34th highest seller of their books. Not bad in my opinion.

I haven't met Peter in person but we've been conversing through email. I'm very new to rangefinders but seem to have been bitten by their charm in a rather severe way. Hope to get to know more of you in time. I've quite enjoyed hanging around RFF for the last few months and only registed about 2 weeks back. I quite like the cordial atmosphere on this board, which is pretty rare amongst other forums.

Will certainly help spread word of the book. I think it's a awesome effort and really serves to encourage others to have their works published through this relatively affordable way. When's book 2 coming out?
