hahaha... i just... kinda hacked it... was so frustrated.... really bad example of interaction/user/experience (everything) design.... 🙂

i looked source code... and sent the entity number to js func for adding friends... like this:

...injected it somewhere in your page and click it... 😀

kinda crazy....

Yeah I guess. I didn't really read it properly but it had something to do with the site design and the fact that its a promotion. They don't allow that sort of stuff over there usually. FS posts are banned for example.

Nice site, but awfully slow to load over our slowish connection here - I'm on 128 kBit currently. (That's what you get for building layouts that largely consist of graphics - I think web designers should be forced by law to use 64 kBit/s connections privately.) And I would upload some photos if the uploader wouldn't crash my browser here. So there's still room for improvement...

The site is UBERSLOW... even on 1Mb connection... but overall it's pretty nice and well thinked out... but technically I'ts unoptimized with bunch of redundant JS and that makes it slow... for uploading they use Java applet.... don't know why... everything there reminds me of Lego building....

but It is still the best community site... for now. 🙂

I would have worded it "Have you guys noticed...?"

No, I didn't, until I saw this thread. Not because I didn't want to or I didn't have any plans not to, I just hadn't. Perhaps because it's never been right on top of the page, like other banners have. Perhaps because it's very low-key, and actually that's fine, I hate distracting banners.

So now I did notice. Not because I didn't plan not to...

Then, I replied "no way, but I'm in for the chrome M7"
