I see them on ebay, doe anybody know anything about them?

I am guessing that if they focus to infinity, they have to descend into the Canon dSLR, and the mirror has to stay up.

Virtual village claims (CLICK) that they focus to infinity

it's impossible for LTM or M lens to focus to infinity on EOS.

Maybe this adapter is for M39 SLR mount ? Some early Zenits used this mount, and Industar-50, Jupiter-9 and Jupiter-11 lenses can be found in this mount.

usually with these adapters they "forget" to mention which focal lengths work. or that adapter has optical element to help getting infinity. am not sure is this the case of either though.

Like Ondreij said: for Zenith 3M M39 mount (reg distance 45.46mm) to Canon EOS (reg distance 44mm). Some cool lenses you can use, for example the Helios 40 (85/1.5).

Leica M39 mount is 28.8mm reg distance, more than 1cm shorter.

Roland.

Some where in RFF is an excellent DIY for mounting Argus lenses on an EOS by mangling a body cap. The mirror stays up. So that was my thought, but from looking at the adapter, I don't think it goes deep enough.

Somehow I think the seller will suddenly go Anglo-challenged, if he knows anything at all about the adapter.
