I just posted a new photoshop tip on my web site. This one suggests a technique to improve saturation without using the saturation tool itself.
The saturation tool has limited flexibility and lowers the contrast in the midtones.
I see that several of my most recent tips all are related; they all aim to improve the tonality of the image, especially for inkjet printed output. Now that inkjets are better than ever it pays to optimize for printed output.
