new project beckons

I like it - conceptually and the end result. I also like the IP film's colour, tone and grain.

In Australia this picture would likely be regarded as political given the attention to border security 🙁

I'm enjoying this. That's two days' work ... 🙂

I like the colors, specially in the first picture. I like the subject, with the reflection of the boat's mast on the surface, like it should be in the water. Yes, I like the boat photo.
The Bialetti (great tool for coffee!) shot has an interesting light but I have to think a little about it.

Very nice. Simple. Direct. Evocative.

Always like your pictures. Lots and lots of character.
Love that first shot there, and I think I've seen that Bialleti shot sometime ago, or is this a remake?

This is a new shot of the Bialetti, with the Polaroid Spectra. The previously posted shot was made with the Olympus E-1 + 35mm Macro:

And an even earlier similar shot was made with the Leica M9 and M-Rokkor:

Perhaps it's Bialetti worship. ;-)

One Polaroid a day. Although it consumes more film than that, it should keep me both within budget and honest ... ;-)

I'm looking for a website or a collection of your stuff . . . ? Can't find it so far.
Checked the Gallery here also - nothing.
Does that exist?

Thank you for the compliment, Dave!

A selection of my photos are posted on flickr at present. The "PESO" (picture every so often" sets are a kind of running annual set of photo ideas as they poke into my consciousness. Other sets are either experiments exploring a single theme or direction, or small finished groupings. This is a good starting point: http://www.flickr.com/photos/gdgphoto/sets

I have a blog but it is long neglected.

I closed my portfolio web site some time ago—the plan is to create something new, but I've been a bit too busy to put the time and effort in so far this year.

Thanks for your interest.

Three new ones posted:

Impossible Project Silver Shade Cool

Hmm. Titling on that last is weird. I'll have to fix it...

thanks for looking!

101 and 102 are super! And work very well together. Just re-thinking: all the three images work well together, I see a story here. 100: this is a promise, but 102 he did not arrived and 103 this is better than a false promise...Sorry Godfrey, I'm only joking a little with my imagination and your picture; now seriously, they are beautiful!

No worries, thanks for commenting!

Frankly, I love shooting with these cameras. Finished my pack of film for this week using the SX-70 yesterday ... maybe have time to scan it tonight or this weekend. I've taken two more packs of Silver Shade Cool out of the refrigerator ... one for the Spectra and one for the SX-70. They're such different cameras in use!

Getting time to order more film.
