New set of NYC Leica photos

It looks to me like you hit your stride somewhere after shot 14. The shots from there on have the "vibe" i find interesting in your work- hard to describe but I know it when I see it.

The lens itself seems too clinically sharp. Strangely enough, the shots I like are too interesting for me to notice this but the ones I don't care for look almost digital to me, maybe because I look hard for details in them.

As usual, I admire your skill. Thanks for posting the update..

thanks dovi for your words,
i know just what you mean by that digital look, i've been struggling with some setting on my flatbed negative scanner and can't seem to always get it right - or even close to right. if i get my act together hopefully some day i'll get to make some actual prints of these, i'm sure they'd come out looking much better.
best,

danny

I looked at the set titled 'New work'. Some good photos there. The interior of a garage with USA flag on the back wall & various rock & roll debris is excellent. Also like the person poking a cat with a stick. And the 3 TVs stacked on each other.

hey michael,
that set entitled "new photos" is anything but new, i think it's almost a year and a half old by now - but as long as it's new to you that's all that matters. thanks for checking it out.
