New territory

Just as soon as I can get a little spare time, I am moving into new territory. I just purchased some Adox 25 CMH 4x5 to go with my Efke 100. I also got some 120 and 35mm Adox 25 CMH. I used Adox some 30 + years ago and liked it. I guess I still will. However, the two new things will be development in PMK Pyro and Rodinal. Does anybody have experience with that they can share? Especially development dilutions, times, techniques? Even exposure?

I must admit I am looking forward to this. I am sure it will take some experimentation. I also want to look into some Ilford 3200 in 120. I hope to use that with my Super Press and/or my Zeiss folder. I may even crank out the Moskva. It has been setting on the shelf too long.

Hoping to hear from the more experienced. Especally with the PMK and Rodinal. I got a 500 ml bottle. Is that going to be a ten year supply?

Have fun! It's often useful to try something new and see where it takes you. I used a few rolls of Adox KB17 forty years ago, with excellent results, though I expect the Adox of those days is not the same as Adox now. I think Adox KB14 was a 25 speed film...

Now that you mention it, I recall that Adox 25 ASA was called something different. It was fun to use, even though all I had was D-76 and some developers I was able to make by buying chemicals from Korean photo stores.

I am looking forward to trying the 25 ISO films. I have two of 120, one of 35mm, and the 4x5. I intend trying the 4x5 as that, and to cut some down to use as 9x12 in my Zeca. I consider a 9x12 as sort of a P&S "4x5" camera. Either the sports finder or the mirrow finder but with a big negative. I don't know if the film is different or not. They claim it is based on "old" formulas. Same or not, I hope to get good results. Thanks for your encouragement.
