Is this the same model AA 50/1.2 Noctilux? Now it is for EURO 60,000.

Leica M 1.2/50mm Noctilux O Series Lens No. 4 of total production.

N0. 4 is associated with DEATH. This will have an effect on the auction. Had it been No. 8, it would be better.

Thank you Erik.
I just got back from downtown Pensacola where in one street there is a mural painted on the street for Black Lives Matter. I used the replica there 🙂

Great, show them in this thread!

I'm hoping to go out tomorrow to do some shooting with the replica. Weather permitting.

Great images Raid!!!! The underexposure explains the "cool" color temp. Images show the strength of the replica. Well done!

Excellent lens. No flare from the air, great sharpness, nice contrast. Great lens for black and white.

I just need to find another lens hood. The lens hood I used was just a little too long.

Erik, How do you think the 12504 would work?

I use a 12504 lens hood. It works well with this lens. I don’t think it vignettes. It is small and light. It is too costly though. B&H have a used one for $290.

I've used a generic 39mm screw in lens hood of the 12504 model. I also have two original 12504 ones. I think the 12504 will not vignet, but I find the 12504 too wide, to large. What I want, is a 12550 shade, but then shorter, because the 12550 itself is too long. I will ask my bicycle repairman to cut off 5mm from it. I like the 12550 very much because I can put a lens cap on it. And it is small.
