New (to me) idea for a book

I am thinking of starting a project or a collection of photos that were taken while intoxicated. I had a few beers with some friends the other day and while feeling a little tipsy, I snapped some photos. After developing the roll, a found several keepers that came out very interesting. Has this been done? Either way I think it is an interesting/fun project for when I am out and about. Thanks.

Yeah, go for it. Looks like a real art.
And don't forget to use some heavy drugs - it'll boost the project importance.

I'm sure photographers like Larry Clark or Nan Goldin were intoxicated a lot of the time during the creation of their most well known work.
Not sure if being drunk while taking a picture is strong enough of a theme to justify a book or a project. I take a lot of pictures when I'm drunk simply because I take a lot of pictures in general and having a drink or two is no reason to stop. But the intoxication would have to manifest itself in the pictures in some interesting way to make for a good project. Pictures of your drunk friends partying is not really that interesting, though.

But in the end it doesn't really matter. If the pictures are good and they work as a series then it'll be worth looking at no matter whether you were or weren't drunk while taking them.

I think the trick to pulling this off is if you can use the liquid; with or without passing it through the horse; before or after the shot - as deveoper, or fixer, or something else "chemical". (Not just "comical".)

I think that might be difficult to achieve. I only suggest it because I'm drunk.
