new toys:leica M4 and summicron 35/2

I just got a leica m4 with a summicron 35/2(second early seventies version)

what to expect from the lens(I used a summaron 35/2.8 with M3 prior to that)

well as far as I understand my 3rd version of the cron has more contrast then the second version also is a little bit sharper but other then that, expect a winner, either way it will probably be better then most other stuff.

Xmm, somehow I was convinced your M3 will be going with you hand-by-hand for years to come..😉
Well, never mind, what is important is that you found your paradise in M4....😀, I guess the lack of 35mm FL convenience with M3 is what drove you to switch to M4...
Did you sell online or locally ? When ?
How much did you get your M4 for and in what condition ?
