Cosina has just announced the SL II 20/3.5 and 40/2 lenses will be available in autofocus Canon EOS mount.

The EOS mount 40/2 Ultrons are in stock at CameraQuest, $449

These are manual focus lenses chipped for full EOS metering capability. The lens hood and closeup lens are included.

Considering that Cosina does OEM work for practically every Japanese camera maker, and that the Voigtlander EOS lenses are made in the same factory as the Zeiss EOS lenses, I'm sure they are licensed by Canon.
