Yesterday I happened to enter a local department store and was amazed to find they still have BRAND NEW Hasselblads X-pan II from ramaining stock that nobody seems to be interested in!!! Priced at 2000€ (45 mm kit). Amazingly I recall someone not far away asking if new X-pan´s or TX-II could be purchased new somewher..They also have two units remaining of the beautifull Bronica Rf 645...1.750€!!!

Just a curiosity..

30mm is now consistently > $3000 to as much as $4000 now on EBay :-( I bit the bullet and bought one for $2800 but it didn't have a hood so another $110 later...

Check Tony Rose at Popflash. He used to have the 30mm lens at a decent price, just below $3K I think.

Hi,
If you can't get hold of a 30mm for the XPan or the price is too steep, you can mount a Nikon PC 28mm or PC 35mm. These are essentially medium format lenses - otherwise you could not shift of course - filling almost the full frame and there is an adapter from a Dutch guy.
If you use the XPan in 24x36 the adpater come handy to mount the very good Nikon 20mm or for available light the 1.2 50mm.
You need to live without range finder coupling of course.
