A short post about my visit to New Zealand's South Island with the Leica M9 and 35mm Summicron f/2 (pre asph) v.1 on the link below -
When it doesn’t quite go to plan……

Great shots and I have found them very inspirational. I am heading to the South Island in the last week of January for a 12 day trip and hope to get some chance to shoot some photographs. As I will be traveling with family coming from overseas plus a group of friends, I will probably be up early in the morning to catch the golden light... I was already looking forward to it, but now more so after seeing your shots!

Thanks, I'm pleased you feel inspired by them, you will love the South Island. Your only problem will be wanting to do anything other than take photographs!! :D

Excellent images and I just gave a quick look at your blog which seems very interesting. I already add it to my favorites photo blogs.

Beautiful pictures and fine blog Jason. You New Zealanders really are impressive. Thanks for the Cornerfix tutorial too. I need it for my Zeiss 21 4.5 and although I've downloaded it I hadn't yet come to grips with it. Armed with your instructions I might now put it into action.

Thanks Richard, I'm really pleased you enjoyed the Blog and found the Cornerfix tutorial. Cheers, Jason

Amazing photos. Did you use any ND Grad filters to balance out the sky? Love the B&W and makes me want to take out my 12mm Voigtlander this weekend..
