low light? I bring my VC 35mm f1.2. It is quite large for an RF lens however. I like 35mm FOV over longer lenses, but YMMV.

I DID buy the R4M and really like that lens. the 35/1.2 is also great [I don't have issues with lens or hood blocking, not that they don't, I just don't have a problem with itdazedgonebye said:If he'd bought a R4A, that'd be my first choice as well.
With the 3 it would seem that the 40 would be the FIRST choice for a lens, then the 28 for additional lower light. If I were to get a 3, it would come with the 40

nokton 40mm is a nice pairing with R3, add some fast B&W film and you got a very nice little setup
