As long as you can afford the buy-in, it is likely someone is going to make film to sell you. I've come to realize that there are many people with the means and will to pay any price for anything. So, long live film!
For me, the pain (in price and convenience) has exceeded the gain. Glad to see its rise from the ashes, though.
