Thanks Dave!

So, can we see who's up for it, on Saturday March 18th, at 1pm?
I have broached the subject with "she who must be obeyed" and have been given clearance.

I am on board, see you all at the Academy on the 18th.

Dave's mapquest link helped me out last time......(blindfold me in my backyard, spin me around 3 times, take it off.....lost).

If you're coming from Singapore.... bring a sweater and a light jacket. Hot and Humid in TO = nice day in S'pore :)

For TO, what you might like is the Kensington Market and St Lawrence markets for some more European flavour. The Distillery District (http://www.thedistillerydistrict.com) is a nice local spot.

Lots of Broadway style shows in the theatre district on King St. A walk along Queen St to Yonge St would be a nice street shooting experience.

Niagara Falls is just a 1 hour drive away. You have to see it once.

Thanks Kin Lau for the pointers!

The Bedford Academy is an easy walk from the St George subway stop, with no hills to climb, so I might just pop in for a short visit and a medicinal Guinness.

Wouldn't be the same without you, Gene.
There is a Spadina exit off the Gardiner, right? What time are we talking about?
Mike

I believe the meet time is 1pm at the Bedford. Mike for you your best bet would be either Spadina or the York exit and roll up University to Avenue Rd. Spadina is more colourfull.

Bill

'Spadina is more colourful than University' is an understatement. But driving up Spadina on a Saturday might cause your face to turn a bright colour.

I'll get there some how...funny, the drive really bothers me when it's for biz, but not at all for an RFF meeting and streetshoot!
Let's hope for decent weather for some Yorkville shots, and the question on everyone's mind: Will Dave show up to show off his black Zeiss Ikon?
Mike

John: Apparently the Bedford Academy (sounds like a school, not a watering hole, but it better be), 36 Prince Arthur Ave, 416-921-4600. This Sat @ 1:00pm.
If I remember, don't you have a new IIIc to show off?

Yup ... enough for Fuji Superia 1600 exposures :D

the weather is going to be nice and sunny with some cloudy periods for that little challenge and about zero for tempreture. I am traveling light this time, just an M3 and a Canonet as I have my speechwriting class in the morning.
