Well, it depends - $20 for being member of a forum where you only are allowed to talk about Nikon? Probably not - you can do that in a facebook group.
If it allows access to hard to find historical Nikon data and some curated well researched content - yes then absolutely.
But in the latter case $20 seems unrealistically low unless there is a sponsor.

I'm in the probably camp. I can see doing it (as I get done loading a roll of Kodak Pro Image in my S4 ) but I am interested in knowing what is included for that.
