If I were in NYC, I'd see this show.
11 x 14 contact prints that need to be seen in the flesh.
From a photographer we don't hear about near enough (IMO).

Yeah. Second that. Nixon is one of those guys who is able to handle an 8x10 and make you forget he's not snapping with a little Leica. His early AIDS pictures and the serial group shots of his wife and her sisters were just masterful.

Just to be clear: haven't seen the show, but would if I were in NYC while it was up.

Didn't know he was showing in NYC, I'll get one of my kids to go for me. 😉 I like his earlier work a lot better than his more recent stuff. He lives just down the road from me; a nice guy and he's out and about a lot. I've never seen him with a camera though.
