Those are very nice images. (Said with a snarl as I await my X100 from B&H. ;) ) Thanks for sharing them. Are they from JPEGS?

They are from jpegs Burkey. Oddly enough I'm doing similar adjustments to them as would with Raw files. Not printed any yet but I'll give it a go tomorrow to see what they're like. Pretty pleased with how they look on screen though.

Paul - again, these are very nice images. As some of us continue to wait for our X100 it's enjoyable to see pictures shot with the camera by a real photographer.

Thomas, no i didn't shoot above 1600. Will try to get some soon for you. Please note I've now added the shutter speeds to the info on the pix for you.

Love the shots. Noticed in your signature that you've also got a Ricoh GRD III in your arsenal, which is what I'm working with now--have you formulated any thoughts yet as to whether or not the hike in price/size are worth it for the X100 over the GRD III?
