Nikkor 13.5 f3.5 LTM wobbly

My Nikkor 13.5mm f3.5 LTM is a bit wobbly from focusing ring and up. Is this normal?

How do I fix it? Mine is the heavy chrome version

Should be able to just twist and tighten.

The lens head with aperture ring does unscrew from the focusing mount. But it a fine, close fit thread and should not wobble. The focus ring is held to the focus tube by three set screws, which should be tight. A proper is 135mm f3.5 chrome Nikkor should be tight in every respect with no wobble anywhere. The focus should be buttery smooth. These are superbly made lenses.
