Nikkor 50/2.0 LTM value?

As a collectible, the price varies non-linearly with condition; there are some rare-ish variations that can boost the value; and the presence of original extras like caps and case can be significant. A mint condition lens in a rare variation with caps could go to $600.

If it's a user lens (i.e., cosmetics not pristine, not a rare variation), then the optical/mechanical condition of the lens and how recently it was last serviced are paramount. From $150 for a flea market find to $400 for one with a recent CLA and clean glass.

This one is $240 and maybe a little less, but no caps or hood. I guess I could get a heavystars hood pretty cheap.

If it has good glass, clean diaphragm and smooth focus, then it's a good price. If it has good glass and needs a CLA, then it's only an OK price, but not bad. (Needless to say, if the glass has fungus or lots of cleaning marks and scratches, keep looking.)

I bought mine here on RFF for $250. Good glass, perfect focus action, and I paid to have oil cleaned off the diaphragm blades. Worth every penny -- it's a great lens.

I use a heavystar screw-in 40.5mm normal hood (non-vented) on mine, and put a clip-on cap on the front of the hood (46mm, I think).
