Dear collector friends,

After nearly three years of work, my new book is now in print and will be available for delivery in mid-October. The book can be ordered from today on my website (nikon100.net).

The content of my new work, “NIKKOR Lenses” spans two volumes. Both volumes contain overall 780 pages with 1,500 images, including approximately 220 images from covers and brochures. The book is written in English. Both volumes are sold as a bundle for EUR 179. Below are further details about the two volumes, and in the appendix you will find the cover, a table of contents, and some sample pages.

Volume 1

With the main chapters: “Lenses for Photography” (but not including lenses with RF, F, UW, 1, Z mount) and “Lenses for Enlarging”.

The 380 color pages contain 725 images and tables with details on most of the lenses listed therein.

Volume 2

With the main chapters: “Lenses for Moving Pictures,” “Lenses for Industrial Purposes,” and “Additional Lenses.”

The 400 color pages contain 775 images and tables with details on most of the lenses listed therein.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Uli

I think the volume 1 title would be better if it listed lenses that were covered, rather that stating which ones are not. "(but not including lenses with RF, F, UW, 1, Z mount) " means most of the lenses of high interest are not covered in the book. The optical diagram looks like the Nikkor-N 5cm F1.1. If the book does not include RF lenses, would have been better not to use one for the cover. Would be nice to know which ones are.
Maybe the "Revere-Nikkor Cinema lenses in D-Mount?" I have one of those, 13mm F1.9 on my Revere 40... picked up some 50 years ago when you could still buy Magazine-8 KMA-460.
