Nikkormat Ft

Hi Folks,

I'm trying to figure out how to calibrate the lighmeter of a Nikkormat FT.
I have removed the top cover easily but I am having issues to adjust the meter which is indicating 3 EV above normal...
I used this page for removing the top and we can observe the meter at left hand of the prism:

What battery are you using in it?

CDS cells often become non-linear as they age. If this is the case, you will not be able to adjust it in a way that gives you correct exposure across the entire EV range.

I'm using PX625. Got 7 other FTs, all good with that battery.
I'm performing a technical review of my gear right now.
