Nikon 35 Ti shutter malfunction (?)

Again a request for help...
I have been testing a Nikon 35Ti that seems to have what I think is a shutter malfunction: sometimes pressing the shutter release (both in Auto or Manual mode) causes a strange noise and the film does not advance; it may happen two or three times in sequence. In other ocasions the camera performs as it should.
The negatives show many “dark “ frames (1st image)
Scanning the negatives, I get either normal exposures (2nd image)
or strange images with a strong blue discoloration (3rd image)
How shoud I interpret these abnormal "blue" images ? Underexposure ? Other reasons for this ??

The dark images show overexposure, perhaps the shutter is sticking causing that. The blue one to me show the scanning has been confused by the scene in setting the colour balance. I think that is a scanning issue, not a camera issue.

Thank you Huss, that makes sense.
I was expecting a very bright image (overexposure) but the scanner has its own logic.
