Nikon 35mm 1.8 - Misaligned blades - Issue?

I've reassembled the aperture blades on one of these lenses. In my opinion, I don't think it's possible for a blade to be mis-aligned.

Ditto. There is no such thing as a misaligned blade, it is either broken, bent, not correctly in place. The blades are held in place by a round pin in a round hole. Blades do not pop out of place unless they are damaged.
