I am baffled by the scanning results that I have. Please see the following two scans:
1. What is should look like
2. The resulted Tiff file
I have to rescan it several times to get the proper results. Any one has experienced similar problem? If you did, how did you solve it?

I'm not familiar with silverfast, but it looks like it is applying a heavy (out of control) dust filter or grain reduction. I would start by switching all the filter options off, and see if the problem persists.

Shut off SRD and switch to iSRD or move to vuescan.

Silverfast for the 9000ED is a $500 software so I don't think the advice the OP is looking for is 'switch to vuescan'.
What kind of film are you scanning? If you're scanning Kodachrome remember to turn off the dust removal option. Have you tried the support forum on Silverfast's website?

It is Kodak Ektarfilm 100. Bands with the B&W Kodak Tmax 100. I posted the same questions on Silverfast site, so far, they are still screening my post, therefore no answers yet.
