It is not very likely - at least not in the reported way. Most notably, both are traded on the stock exchange, where it would be illegal to negotiate such a deal without publishing their intentions in advance. And while Nikon might desire to get control of sensor production or at least get hold of an exclusive partner, they would not risk the sensor supply for their upcoming flagship D5 by setting up a direct competition to their current sensor supplier - if they will jump ship, it will be when Samsung or whoever has a suitable FF sensor for the then upcoming Dx. And as far as known, Samsung has no market ready sensor bigger than APS-C...
