Nikon/contax Komura 105mm f2.8 lens

Hi everyone,
I recently obtained a Komura 105mm f2.8 lens in what looks like Nikon S mount/contax mount.



Does anyone know how I can figure out if it is for the Nikon system or the contax system. There's no 'N' or 'C' engraved anywhere like on other lenses.

Not much out there, i suggest you set up a test shot to see if focus is accurate on either camera, assuming you have one to test with.

This shows a Komura for Contax rangefinder but translated says camera lens does not match standard whic would imply it is Nikon not Contax mount

Thanks for those links, I've also not read of any contax Komura lenses either. I'll need to go try it on my Nikon S and see how they turn out.

That will be Nikon. I am not aware of Contax mount lenses by Japanese makers that were not explicitly labelled (with a C somewhere).
