Nikon EN-EL15 battery calibrate

Some Nikon chargers have a button you press for calibration. Yours doesn't...! When a battery's playing up, it's usually beyond help. Best to simply buy a replacement - original or a respected off-brand. Chinese batteries may be cheap but you get what you pay for - typically low capacity, poor performance and short life, and a fire if you're especially unlucky. Not saying that all Chinese batteries are rubbish - after all, that's where many brand-name ones originate - but it can be difficult sorting the wheat from the chaff.

Battery tips: Li ion batteries die sooner the warmer their environment, so store them in a cool place. I keep mine in the fridge (not freezer) in air-tight box to minimise condensation. They also dislike being kept at 100% charge for long periods, so store spare batteries part charged and top up before use.

Cheers both my batteries are still ok its just I was wondering why the camera says calibrate but (unlike Canon chargers that have a button) there seems no way of doing it.

You can't calibrate with the MH 25. You need something like an MH-26 that has the calibrate button. Really lame as the 25 is what came with my Z7 and D850, but we need to buy a different one to calibrate?

It seems unseemly (!) to have this message and not have the ability to do it with what you have bought from them. Add a couple o bux to the price of the camera and include the needed charger to do this.
Maybe they think people will just buy a new battery from them?
