Hi
I have an F3 that seems to have developed uneven spacing and a possible light leak along the film door. Does anyone know a good and not hugely expensive repair person in the SE USA?
Thanks!

When I was a working newspaper shooter, I used Peachtree Camera & Video (https://www.peachtreecamerarepair.com/) in Marietta, GA. Professional work and quick service. Haven't had the need since retiring but they are still in business.

Have you considered Garrys Camera in Illinois?
He did a great job on my X-570

I can second Peachtree. I sent them a couple of Nikon lenses on which the AFS motors had gone out, and they repaired them well, quickly and for a very reasonable price.
KEH.com also offers a repair service in the Atlanta area (https://www.keh.com/shop/repair/).
And if you're down in Florida, particularly the Orlando area, I've heard very good things about the fellow who runs Kiwi Camera Service (https://kiwicameraservice.com). I've not actually used him yet, but I've been to a few of his semi-annual camera fairs, and he's got a very impressively kitted out workspace. When I'm back down that way, should I need anything done, I'm going to give him a try.

Thanks for the suggestions - I have asked Peachtree for a quote!

I believe KEH farms their repairs to Peachtree, another feather in their bonnet.I can second Peachtree. I sent them a couple of Nikon lenses on which the AFS motors had gone out, and they repaired them well, quickly and for a very reasonable price.
