I tried the search but didn't come up with anything.

So, my new to me FE2 seems to have a battery problem. Put batteries in it and the next day they are drained. I didn't think much about it since i figured old batteries in another camera could be the problem. But yesterday I put in some new batteries and today they are drained. Checked them in a F3 and they are dead. The batteries in the F3 got the FE2 to work. So, I suspect the FE2. Doing a Google search this seems to be a problem some folks run into. I haven't come across a solution other than to buy another camera--Might just stick with F3's from now on.

Anyone got an idea what might be the problem? I think I can return the camera. But at this moment I'm not sure I want to buy another FE2.

Any thoughts?
