Nikon lens case and caps for 3.5cm 1.8

Hi,

I'm looking for the correct leather lens case, front lens cap and rear lens cap for the Nikon 3.5cm f/1.8. Can anyone help me out, maybe send a link to some pictures so I know what I'm looking for?

Hi Jan,
The front cap is 48mm, early-on it was marked with the Nippon Kogaku logo, later "Nikkor":

The rear cap is kinda rare because it only fits this lens and the 2.5cm f4, it is deep because of the extending rear barrel of the lens.

The case is going to be the hardest to find.
