I'm looking for a electric wiring diagram / plan for the Nikon MD-2 motordrive.
Mine has got the "copperworm", when I mount the battery pack MB-1 the motor starts to run, when I press the shutterbutton the motor stops - when I release the shutterbutton the motor starts to run . . . .
I changed the batterypack and the top of the grip with the shutterbutton but it does not change a thing so the error must be in the motordrive itself.
Anybody got an idea what went wrong?
Greetings: Dieter

Hi, have you checked on the condition of your gears? When my coupling gear broke, as soon as the contacts touched with the MB-1 it ran non stop.

Hi Qendrim! Thanks for your reply.
Meanwhile I've locatet the Problem. The pushpin which actuated the shutterrelease in the groundplate of the camera is pressed in to deep so there is a malfunction.
I'll try to disassemble the motordrive and look if I can repair it.
