Nikon rangefinder....for 20grand !!-anyone?

Guys some of us have experience of, bank, post, shipping, payment, ecc in Argentina?
Only this problem stopped me, i have buy many Nikon RF item for example in Mexico and Venezuela, and obviusly in the USA, but i have no friends with past bid in Argentina, i have ask to the seller if accepted ESCROW service, but he answer me to observe his feedbak and don't accept:😕
To conclude... 20 buk is 20 buk, two-three years of hard earn, and i think to have all the reason in the word to be diffident...

What is your advice?

It's because it has been "Made in occupied Japan" (look at the description and one of the pictures) that the price is so high, I guess.. it's a collector item, not a simple camera..

I have a toaster that doesn't say "Made in China". Those don't exist anymore. Is there a toaster collector that will pay me $19,000 for it?
