I imagine the N-F adapter is worth a few dollars as well.
I don't have a Nikon rangefinder so I'm not in the market for this but I thought someone here may find it interesting. If nothing else, the price is worth noting as I haven't found many references to these lenses selling. Maybe I just haven't been paying attention long enough.

All the fussing and accessory chatchkas that were necessary to essentially convert a rangefinder into an SLR to use long lenses such as the 350 was probably among the reasons that Nikon designed the SLR F in the first place.
