Still playing with the 12mm SL, but I think this lens will be going on the shelf when hiking. It's just too wide. I think architecture and cityscapes will be more inline with this lens' capabilities to really play with scale and lines. But one more from the 12mm deep in some national forest land:
That tree on the left looks massive here from the perspective distortion, despite it being only a foot wide or so. The stretching of perspective is interesting but in nature I just don't find it appealing. Out of two rolls I shot with this lens I only got maybe 2 good images. For whatever reason the 15mm is much more my style, despite not being that different in focal length.

Eh, no worries there.... I might do the same since I'm only halfway through my current roll. I got a few shots on Mar. 31 but it felt like everywhere I went, I was faced with crazy high winds, quickly changing lighting conditions and of course, traffic breathing down my neck! Hardly the conditions I like for relaxing photography.
I shot this earlier in the month for the "W/NW Signs" thread but it works here too. Orlando Florida, Nikon S2, Jupiter-12, Ilford Delta 100, Rodinal 1:50.

I don't think I'm familiar with that lens. Is that the one which uses an adapter to mount on the rangefinder? These are probably the first photos I've seen from that combination!

css9450, the 12mm (and 15mm) Voigtlander lenses were actually made in F-mount, and then the "F-S Adapter" is used to put them on the SP (or any Nikon RF, or even the Contax II/III rangefinders!). The 12mm is really rare - I've only seen two pop up on eBay and I got the second one. He mentioned he bought it on eBay so I think it actually might've been the same lens both times. I would love to know the production numbers but I've heard rumors of only a couple hundred. The 15mm is a lot more common and still a great lens. Really more versatile than the 12mm.
I've also done silly things like adapt fisheye lenses to my rangefinders with that F-S adapter. I have a viewfinder someone made from a door peep-sight for framing.

Sorry I'm late to the party!
Here are a few shots from my S2 and 35/1.8
I have several more, but i go by with what Flickr groups allow. Many groups only allow 5 or 3 shots per day. Im slowly trying to be more active on flickr since they allow more quality pictures. Im just so used to posting on Instagram for so many years now.
Next I'm waiting to develop a roll from my new S3 and Nikkor 50/1.4 Special Editions (Black 2000 models!)

Yesterday my SP arrived from Dave. Slow speeds were getting cranky. Hoped to have it back in time for Nikon RF month.
Shot some grandkids on my S2 but have yet to get the color back. Side by side and working well with a clean rf, it's obvious why the SP is considered by a few to be the apex of rfdr development.
I'll load some TX and give it a test run. Then post at least one that I hope is above mediocre.
