I have spotted a Nikon S for US$360 body only, now if it seem mechanicaly Ok is this an good price? (cosmeticaly it is average)
And more importantly can i use my Keiv 50/2 on it or should i hold out for a proper nikon lens?

It's about right. Neither a great deal nor a terrible deal. The Kiev lens won't focus properly when the aperature is set wider then f/4. You might want to hold out for a Nikon S with a lens. That's by far the most common Nikon RF (and, incidently, the least user-friendly Nikon RF ).

A little on the expensive side, I would expect a lens if I was to pay close to $400
You need to make sure:
1) Slow speeds are fairly accurate
2) Shutter curtains are good
3) Focus wheel is not hard to operate
4) Leather is not terrible
I am listing one here in the classifieds for half of what you found, mine needs some work though.
