Actually it comes from the "Chinese code" Leitz thing (1930's 5-alpha telegraphic code, for online orders of that time ; it was used by Zeiss Ikon as well) after which the three Leitz close-up models were named NOOKY, NOOKY-HESUM and SOOKY... 😱
That's the classic telephoto trio. I've typically carried both an 85 and 135 at once, or else just the 105. Seldom carry all three at once, mainly due to weight.
