I found this lens for sale locally and Googled one of its names. The only thing it pointed to was this very same sale on e-bay (not affliated with seller in any way).

Even though it is actually called Ultra-Micro-Nikkor 28mm F1.7e, other cool names for this lens:

OK, nice photos of the lens. How about some photos taken with the lens?

It appears to be a weird specialty lens for industrial use. It's not clear that it can focus or has ever been coupled for focusing.
