How about a Leica strap? It costs 50 bucks but it does want you want. I use one, btw.

- that's the thing though, I like to carry 3 RFs, each with a neck strap, and a couple of extra lenses in my bag (Domke 802) and the straps just get "shoved" haphazardly on top or around the cameras, so the chances of rubbing/scratching are pretty good...
