Chris - thanks - I'd thought along those lines too.

I guess not all camera shops are as good and reliable as Robert White or Commercial Cameras here in the UK. My only good experiences with buying from the US have been when dealing with private sellers, who have always been perfect.

With shops in the US, they make a mistake and then I end up in a customer service vacuum.

I got a Lowepro Neoprene camera strap that is really comfortable... very little rubbing at all ... bought it from B&H

I like the Nikon AN4B strap but it may not be wide enough for you.
