Found this stuf on a local site, according to seller slight marks of use, a+ optics, no marks. At 300 Euro I was the only bidder.I just paid. I think I can't complain 🙂 Visoflex 3 200 and 280 and ring.....

These things are awkward, antiquated, tough to set up, weigh at least 20 kilo's when mounted, parallax challenged, difficult to compute exposure loss without TTL metering, and slow to use.
In short, a true thing of beauty from a different era....
Relax, set it up in your backyard, and use it to get a shot of that cardinal that visits, or better yet bring it to your kid's sporting event and have some fun watching people's reactions.
Don't listen to the purists...these are fun as hell to use when you have the extra time on your hands, and you can get great shots too.

I'm not trying to be a wise guy, but I always imagined that a Leica with a visoflex would look like a steam locomotive once a long lens was mounted on it..

I've never seen one fully set up.

As it happens, I used the Visoflex quite a lot in the past. The handling never bothered me. I used it with the 400 and 560 for wildlife photography, handheld exposure meter etc. I find a Canon 1Ds and equivalent glass not very light either (or pretty) 😉.Anyhow I plan to go quite excentric and use this stuff on the future M8, if the flex fits. I feel that this older, but quite superb glass will do rather wel on digital.
