Nova, compact bluetooth colour-adjustable flash for smartphones

This looks like a really cool gadget for smartphones - the Nova colour-temperature adjustable bluetooth flash. Product page link. Kickstarter link.

This gives the same off-camera wireless flash flexibility DSLR users enjoy at a fraction of the cost: $55, with the added bonus of adjustable colour temperature. I guess the guide number sucks.. but for up-close social photography this would be very useful.

I'm not sure it's a flash. Looks like a bunch of leds behind diffusion activated by bluetooth? edit: Hmm, I guess it's just a semantic difference, really. Not a bad Idea though, that little flashlight on the iphblabla is pretty horrible.
