Just noticed that Margaret Moth passed away... wish I had known more about her before today, but she strikes me as quite the professional!

Here is a CNN news link from which the following pic came from:

Nah...no reason, just working the keyboard too fast...LOL...but it's good as I haven't visited here in awhile.🙂🙂🙂

Come to think of it, I wonder if her first camera was a Nikon? If so, which one?

You know, few from her country[New Zealand] appreciate or even are aware of her work, maybe if she played some` world minority' sport it would have been different.
She was shot in the jaw at sarajevo, lost most of her teeth and toungue, yet still maintained a passion. I believe her name derived from her love of the gypsy moth biplane, whatever, she was a fearless, consumate profressional. Just getting on with her job without a big fuss.
regards

What an impressive life - and what a gift she gave to others. I'm a news junkie, and I guess I saw a lot of footage she shot, yet I never was aware of her name. That's a pity. I'm very impressed about what she said about her dieing - she must have led a very rich life to be able to take such an end with dignity.
