Here's how Nikon NPS and Canon CPS service their professional customers at major events. Nikon NPS is free to full time professionals that are members. They've done this for decades. It includes repairs on the spot and free loaner cameras and lenses. I believe Canon charges for this level of service now. I don't see Leica in there.

NPS does a fantastic job of servicing their photographers. I've been at three events that NPS serviced, and it's so impressive what they bring. They're also incredibly friendly and accommodating. Had the chance to shoot with a D500, a D750 and a D5, and multiple different lenses.
CPS is nice too, but at the events I've attended, NPS out-shown them by a lot.
Best,
-Tim
