Currently I'm a retro-man who does not scan. Yesterday picked up the Velvia 50 slides. The Pentax 67II with AE prism and intergrated flash rocks.
The look is high contrast with vivid colors and the TTL is kinda deadly. I'm actually inspired to shoot color in this manner at night with my "monster rig."
Only two duds out of 40 shots. Of course the girlfriend asked who a pretty girl standing in a door way was when I showed her the slides. She also liked the legs shot where I asked to photographed these long legs using the premise of wanting to photograph this woman's shoes.
Next time I will shoot with the 105/2.4 instead of the 75/2.8 AL for tighter shots and framing. Evidently my flash has mucho power to spare and I can stop down further than F8.0.
